VOLUNTEER EDITOR PROGRAM
Are you seeking a life-compatible, online volunteer experience that makes a real difference? Coach one traveler as they share their journey online with K-12 students, from wherever you connect to the internet. Leverage your professional skills to help deliver a high-quality global education resource to classrooms across the nation.
Over the course of your service, you will proofread the 1-2 articles that your traveler submits each week and provide constructive feedback online. You will exchange messages with your traveler, enjoy the digital journey and help your traveler with resume-writing at the end of the journey.
LOCAL HOSTS PROGRAM
Are you working or living around the globe? Do you enjoy building the pipeline of young adults prepared for global journeys – just like you? Volunteer as a Local Host, and assist a Reach the World traveler with navigating and networking in your global community.
Over the course of your service, you will meet with your traveler a minimum of three times. You will brainstorm article topics, engage in networking and help your traveler with resume-writing at the end of the journey.

GLOBAL LEARNING LEADERS
Are you passionate about geography and global awareness? Do you have an interest in education? If you answered yes to these questions, then apply to be a Global Learning Leader (GLL) with Reach the World!
Every cycle, we hire a team of interns to assist in our partner classrooms in New York City. Our Global Learning Leaders facilitate program implementation by supporting one of our partner educators in the classroom on a once-per-week basis. Over the course of the semester, GLLs gain experience in lesson planning and classroom management for our global education program.
